About Us IconLocated on the far east side of Madison, Richmond Hill Estates Condominium Association is comprised of two buildings with 42 units each. The units range in size from single bedrooms with one bathroom to two bedrooms with lofts, and many of the units have a sunroom, balcony or patio. In addition, most units have assigned underground parking. The association also shares a quarter interest in a neighborhood clubhouse with an outdoor pool, two workout rooms, one rentable party room with mini kitchen and large screen television, and a reservable smaller meeting room.  The clubhouse offers free wi-fi access.
