Welcome to the Richmond Hill Estates Condominium Association!
MISSION
RHECA is a community of individuals who have a collective duty to preserve the shared assets of the Association and sustain a high-quality living environment in a socially and fiscally responsible manner.
VISION
Our vision for the future guides our decisions and actions, and is supported by:
- A contemporary set of condominium documents.
- Owners who are engaged and fully understand our ownership model.
- A system of shared governance that allows for decision-making and accountability at all levels.
- A strong commitment to sustaining our quality living environment and remaining fiscally sound.
VALUES
As an Association, we:
- Respect people’s individuality, diversity and privacy;
- Maintain effective communication and transparency in association matters and decisions;
- Conduct business ethically, morally, equitably and in a manner that respects each individual’s right to protection of confidential information;
- Seek out the talents represented in our community, draw on our collective wisdom and strengths, and publicly recognize volunteer contributions; and
- Honor the community’s published governing documents, values and rules.
Community
This website is set up to help you know more about our community. If you are new to Richmond Hills, look at the different tabs at the top of this page and explore what we have under each tab. The bi-monthly newsletters are added each time they are published as well as the minutes to our bi-monthly board meetings.
There is important information about water shut off in case of a leaky pipe or what to do when you have large trash items that need to be picked up. We also give you information on how to contact our property manager when the need arises.

Building Security - We want to remind you that propping building and garage doors open is strictly prohibited. Doing this compromises the security of every resident. If you see a door propped open, you are strongly encouraged to close it. Please don't leave your individual unit door unlocked unless you are in the unit. Residents having work done in their unit requiring contractors to come and go out of the building should make arrangements for workers to temporarily have a key, or ask them to ring your unit so that you can buzz them in. While it might feel inconvenient, everyone's security and peace of mind is worth it.
